• How do I bid on a property?
  You must first register on the Registration Page prior to submitting your bid. Please allow minimum 4 hours for the identification check procedure

• Can I talk to the Auctioneer?
  There is a message box on the screen through which you can send a live message of your questions.

• Can I talk to the agent?
  Yes, you can either phone your agent or send a message using the instant message service on the screen.

• How do I pay the deposit if I was the winning bidder?
  You must contact your agent within the same day and arrange payment by way of cheque or direct debit transfer into the Agents Bank account.

• If I want to amend or add new special conditions in the contract? How do I do this?
  You must make prior arrangements with your agent before the auction.

• What if my partner is not able to be present at the Auction but I would like to include him/her in the Sale?
  You must give the agent a written authority if you are bidding on behalf of another person.

• Does my partner need to be identified as well?
  Yes, they need to be identified as a bidder.

• How do we sign the contract?
  When you register to bid you are giving the auctioneer the authority and sign the contract on your behalf or you can sign the contract in the presence of your agent on the same days of the auction.

• Which state rule is this auction system governed by?
  The location of the property will dictate the local state legislation that will affect the auction rules.

• How will I know when I have bought the property?
  You will know when your bid is accepted and the auctioneer announces it is the winning bid. Next to the bid is the ID number and if this corresponds to your ID then you are the winning bidder. A “Congratulations” message will also appear on your screen, while all the other bidders will have “Missed Out” flashed on their screens.
